Corporate travel

Private aviation your finance team can sign off

Charter that arrives as one itemised invoice, inside your travel policy, with the operating carrier documented for every leg. Built for the approval process rather than around it.

What we set up

Four things that make charter workable at scale

  • One invoice, itemised by trip

Every charter on a single monthly invoice, each leg broken into the operator's charge, the taxes and fees, and our fee.

    • Cost centre or project code carried on each leg where you supply one.
    • The operator's charge, taxes and handling, and our service fee as separate lines on every trip.
    • Supporting operator documentation available for audit without a separate request.
  • Booking inside your travel policy

Your approval thresholds and aircraft rules applied when the quote is built, not checked afterwards.

    • Named approvers, and no charter released without the approval you specify.
    • Category and operator restrictions applied at quoting stage, so out-of-policy options are not offered.
    • A written record of what was offered and what was chosen, for every trip.
  • Group and multi-leg movements

Board meetings, site visits and roadshows planned as one movement rather than as separate flights.

    • Multi-leg itineraries planned around crew duty limits, which is what actually constrains a long day of flying.
    • Aircraft sized to the group and the baggage together, rather than to the headcount alone.
    • Contingency routing identified in advance for legs where a diversion would be expensive.
  • Operator due diligence on the record

The operating certificate and insurance for the actual carrier, in writing, before the flight.

    • The operator's air carrier certificate identified for each flight we arrange.
    • Certificate of insurance available before departure on request.
    • The operating carrier named on the quote โ€” never presented as our own aircraft, because it is not.

Duty of care, documented rather than asserted

If your organisation has a duty-of-care obligation, โ€œwe only use vetted operatorsโ€ is not evidence. This is what you get per trip, without asking twice.

  • The operating air carrier named on every quote, before approval rather than after the flight.
  • Air carrier certificate identified for the specific operator on each trip.
  • Certificate of insurance available before departure on request.
  • A written record of the options offered and the option chosen, retained per trip.

What we do not offer, and why

We do not sell jet cards, block hours or fractional shares, and we do not hold company money against future flying.

Those products work by taking a substantial deposit up front in exchange for a fixed hourly rate. The rate is real, but so is the exposure: the money sits on somebody else's balance sheet until you fly it, and card providers have failed with customer balances outstanding. Their customers became unsecured creditors.

Every trip we arrange is priced when you book it and paid for when you take it. If your flying volume genuinely justifies a card, we will tell you โ€” and we would rather you compared it against real charter quotes from us than against a brochure rate.

Our fees are published in full on the fees and charges page, and they do not change based on which operator you choose. That is the part that makes a recommendation worth having.

Getting set up

There is no onboarding fee and no minimum commitment. Tell us who approves travel, what your policy allows, and how you need the invoice broken down, and we will configure it before the first trip rather than after the first invoice query.

For a single trip, you do not need an account at all โ€” send us the leg and we will quote it.

EARLYBIRD10

Book at least 60 days before you travel and we will take 10% off our own service fee on the booking. The supplier's price is theirs to set, so that part is unchanged โ€” and it is still itemised separately on your quote, as always.

  • Applies to our service fee only, not to the supplier's price.
  • Departure must be at least 60 days after the booking is confirmed.
  • Quote the code when you request your quote โ€” it cannot be applied afterwards.
